EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION:
Exhibiting Companies should register their complimentary exhibit personnel through the exhibits management site available here.
Registration must be complete to include middle initial for all personnel by April 19 for base pass. You must use your unique booth password sent to you in your confirmation email. Please email jvilga@lodestar-group.com if you need it resent.
Additional Paid Exhibitor Personnel will register through the public registration site.

Print profiles are published in the on-site exhibitor guide. Deadline for print profile inclusion is April 16. Online company profiles may be updated at any time.

Tentative hours are: Set up: Sunday, May 9 2:00-6:00pm and Monday, May 10 8:00-10:00am. ACCESSING POST/DIRECTIONS
All exhibit personnel must have their names (Company name, phone number, and email address First, MIDDLE, and Last) sent to Joseph Vilga (or completed in their online booth personnel (MUST Include Middle name/initial) by April19 to have their names placed on the gate list and to receive a gate pass for the duration of the event. If we do not have this completed information on each person exhibiting in the booth by April 19th, then you are required to go to the visitors center each day and apply for your base access pass through the public lines. Please allow at least one additional hour for this each day. If you have any questions, please email jvilga@lodestar-group.com
1. Directions to the American Lake Community Center – personal vehicles
Take exit 120 off I-5, going to ‘North Fort Lewis’. Come through the security area and make the 1st right at the light.Bear to the right at the ‘Y.’ Follow the road. You will pass the campground on the left, keep going straight. You will see a curve going to the left, (and a road going straight) take the curve to the left. American Lake Community Center is on the left. There will be white and black event directional signs posted, too.
2. Directions to the American Lake Community Center – commercial vehiclesTake exit 122 (Madigan Hospital), from the north, take a left at the foot of the ramp. From the south, take a right. After passing through security, continue on Jackson Avenue, around a curve, past the hospital on the right. Continue for a couple of miles until you see the airfield fence on your left (the road name has changed to Pendleton by this point). At the end of the airfield, at the light, take a right on 41st Division Drive. Continue until you come to the security gate. STOP AND GET A PASS FROM THE GATE PERSONNEL. Go under the freeway, show your pass to the guards at the North Fort gate. Take a right at the light, then bear right at the Y. Continue on this road until you see the American Lake Community Center sign on the left – turn into the parking lot. All vendors coming on board the installation in passenger vehicles as opposed
to commercial vehicles may process at the Visitor Center and can be issued a
multi-day pass for the duration of the event (10-12 May)
