Below is information for exhibitors for the Specops Warfighter Expo West 2012. Please check this website frequently for updates and changes. If you have any questions not answered below, please call 540-829-9585 or email jvilga@lodestar-group.com for assistance.
EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION:
Exhibiting companies should register their complimentary exhibit personnel using the exhibit personnel registration form (available soon). Registration must be complete for all booth personnel by April 6, 2012. Each 10′ X 10′ booth is allowed two complimentary booth personnel. Any personnel in excess of the allotment must be approved in advance by show management and will pay $250. each. All booth personnel must be employees of the exhibiting company and all badges will reflect the name of the exhibiting company. Please REGISTER HERE
EXHIBIT COMPANY PROFILE:
Each exhibiting company may submit a brief company profile for inclusion in the on-site show guide. This profile is limited to 100 words and must be received no later than April 10, 2012 to be included in the print guide. Please send your company profile in with your exhibit booth personnel registration form or submit via email to exhibits@lodestar-group.com by April 10, 2012.

Exhibit Days are May 8-10, 2012 Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Wednesday, May 9, 9:00am-9:30am
VIP NCO Walk-through
Wednesday, May 9, 9:30am-4:00pm
Thursday, May 10, 9:00am-1:00pm
Set-up is Monday May 7, from 1:00pm-5:00pm and Tuesday, May 8 from 8:00am-2:00pm
Tear down is Thursday, May 1 beginning at 1:00pm.
Please be aware that entrance onto Joint Base Lewis-McChord is the responsibility of the exhibitor. Entrance through the visitor’s center may take up to one hour, schedule set-up times accordingly.
DIRECTIONS TO EXPO
The MWR Fest Tent is located on main post behind the bowling alley and across from the in-processing center. Enter onto JBLM through the main gate and turn right at the fourth stoplight. You will see the tent on your left behind the bowling alley.
SHIPPING, SHOW DECORATOR
The official expo decorator is ARATA EXPOSITIONS. You should receive information about completing your show orders from Arata within a week of booth purchase. You may call them directly at 407-422-3636.
FREE EXPO PASSES FOR ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY CLIENTS
