EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION:
Exhibiting companies should register their complimentary exhibit personnel through the Specops Warfighter West Exhibitor Registration Form. Registration must be complete for all booth personnel by April 22, 2011. Each 10′ X 10′ booth is allowed two complimentary booth personnel. Any personnel in excess of the allotment must be approved in advance by show management and will pay $250. each. All booth personnel must be employees of the exhibiting company and all badges will reflect the name of the exhibiting company.
EXHIBIT COMPANY PROFILE:
Each exhibiting company may submit a brief company profile for inclusion in the on-site show guide. This profile is limited to 100 words and must be received no later than April 22, 2011 to be included in the print guide. Please send your company profile in with your exhibit booth personnel registration form or submit via email to exhibits@lodestar-group.com by April 22, 2011.
SET UP and TEAR DOWN and SHOW HOURS
Exhibit Days are May 10-12, 2011 Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Opening Reception
Wednesday, May 11 9:00am-9:30am
VIP NCO Walk-through
Wednesday, May 11 9:30am-4:00pm
Thursday, May 12, 9:00am-1:00pm
Set-up is Monday May 9, from 1:00pm-5:00pm and Tuesday, May 10 from 8:00am-2:00pm
Tear down is Thursday, May 12 beginning at 1:00pm.
DIRECTIONS TO EXPO
The MWR Fest Tent is located on main post behind the bowling alley and across from the in-processing center. Enter onto JBLM through the main gate and you will see the tent on your right about one mile down.
SHIPPING, SHOW DECORATOR
The official expo decorator is ARATA EXPOSITIONS. You should receive information about completing your show orders from Arata within a week of booth purchase. You may call them directly at 407-422-3636.
FREE EXPO PASSES FOR ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY CLIENTS
