PLEASE read the confirmation email, sent shortly after your booth was purchased, thoroughly as it contains information about authorized vendors, show regulations, etc. and contains your exhibitor booth password needed for personnel registration, and profile updates and also contains the information needed for your contact with Arata.
EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION:
Exhibiting Companies should register their complimentary exhibit personnel through the exhibits management site, please Click Here. Registration must be complete for all booth personnel by March 26. You must use your unique booth password sent to you in your confirmation email. Please email jvilga@lodestar-group.com if you need to have it resent.
Additional Paid Exhibitor Personnel will register through the public registration site here.
COMPANY AND PRINT PROFILES
Online company profiles and print profiles should be uploaded here using your unique booth password sent to you in your confirmation email. Print profiles are published in the on-site exhibitor guide. Deadline for print profile inclusion is March 22. Online company profiles may be updated at any time.
OUTSIDE DEMONSTRATION OPPORTUNITIES FOR EXHIBITORS
Exhibiting companies may submit a request to schedule an outside demonstration during the Tuesday afternoon networking reception. Please download this Microsoft Word – SE 2010 Demonstration Request Form and return PRIOR TO MARCH 23 for consideration. Demonstrations are currently scheduled for Tuesday, April 13, and will be conducted as weather permits that day. Participating Exhibitors will have their demonstration announced. Thursday 4:30-6:15 VIP Cocktail time in Expo Hall prior to Special Forces Formal/Ball (Exhibitors and Formal guests ONLY) Hall must close completely at 6:15pm. There will be NO BREAKDOWN on Thursday.
Friday 6:00am-until Hall Breakdown

Food and Beverage In Exhibitor’s Booths
Exhibitors may arrange to have kegs in their booths during the Tuesday afternoon/evening Networking time by participating in a networking sponsorship. Please call 703-425-1022 for more information. Any requests for food or beverages in booths during open expo hours must be made through show management and must be coordinated as part of a sponsorship package.
