Media/Press Advisory
Media credentials are given to members of the working media whose attendance at NavExFor2012 may result in coverage, whether broadcast or print. A press room and media coordinator will be available. All panel sessions and breakout sessions are open to the media unless otherwise indicated, as long as the proceedings are not disturbed. Press access to education sessions are subject to review by appropriate government public affairs representatives. Lodestar Group will not be responsible for press access should requirements change.
Interviews may be conducted prior to the sessions at the discretion of the speakers, panelists or their staff. All requests for interviews must be received and scheduled prior to the commencement of NavExFor2012. Please email media@lodestar-group.com or call 703-425-1022 with request for access/scheduling.
Advanced media registration is strongly encouraged to provide opportunity to produce supporting documentation if required and to ensure the availability of a media escort. Media registering on-site must bring documentation/qualifying materials to receive credentials. Non-registered media/press may experience a delay in admission to event if personnel are not immediately available to review documentation.
