Booth Personnel Registration:
Each 10′ X 10′ booth space is allowed 2 (two) complimentary booth personnel registrations. Booth personnel must be employees of the exhibiting company and all booth badges must display the same organization name. Any booth personnel in excess of this allotment must be approved by show management and the conference fee will apply. Please contact 540-829-9585 or email exhibits@lodestar-group.com for more information. All exhibitors must register their booth personnel PRIOR to March 2, 2012.

Each exhibiting company receives a brief description and company contact information in the onsite symposium and exhibit guide. Please email your company profile to jvilga@lodestar-group.com. Company profiles must be received by February 17 for inclusion in the printed on-site exhibitor guide. An example is provided below.

Exhibitor Kits-Show Decorator/Furniture, Electric, Shipping, Etc
Arata is the official show decorator for the NavExFor2012 Symposium and Expo. THERE IS NO authorized housing or print directory company. Service kits are available online and information to access will be provided via email to each exhibitor. All electrical, internet, furniture (tables, chairs) orders must be made through Arata.

The 6th Annual NavExFor Symposium and Expo will be held at the Virginia Beach Convention Center in Virginia Beach Virginia The Doubletree Virginia Beach is the closest lodging to the convention center.
