The 2012 Naval Expeditionary Forces Symposium and Expo (NavExFor) will be held March 13-14 at the Virginia Beach Convention Center and will focus primarily on strategic and tactical advantages for expeditionary forces.
The 2012 NavExFor Event will feature not only the stellar speakers attendees have come to expect from NavExFor, but will also include an expo featuring products and services aiding the expeditionary efforts around the globe. The General Session will be housed ‘under the same roof’ as the expo, offering a true interaction of symposium attendees and new products and services.
Attendance to the symposium is free of charge to all active duty military and government employees who are pre-registered prior to February 17. Entrance to the Expo only is available at no charge at any time to active duty military and government employees. Industry Personnel actively engaged in the defense community may attend the conference and/or the expo and registration fees are listed below.
Badge pick-up is available beginning at 7:00am on March 13 and again at 7:00am on March 14. Please allow time to go through the badge pick up process when planning your attendance. A government issued photo ID is required for all entry into the event and entry to the event is at the sole discretion of show management. No cameras or video devices are allowed in the event without prior written permission of show management. ALL backpacks, bags and personal items are subject to inspection.
Parking is abundant and complimentary at the Virginia Beach Convention Center.
